VIBRANT TOWNHOMES - Dallas, TX

Vibrant Townhomes are 15 wood-framed three-story urban infill units in the North of Dallas downtown at Moser Ave., one of the area’s most popular residential neighborhoods. We provided schematic design and construction documents services.

Each uint is built over a garage and sited to take full advantage of natural daylight through large expanses of glass. Individual units access landscaped rooftop patios as their “backyards”. The exterior skin of the building is modern aluminum and wood veneer siding.
